3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown in Euros (€).

4. Delivery of Products

As these are downloadable products, delivery is considered complete as soon as the download links are made available to the customer following payment validation.

In accordance with legislation regarding digital content, the 14-day right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once the download of the module has begun, as the product is, by nature, consumed.

Mandatory notice: By confirming the order, the customer agrees to waive their right of withdrawal in order to gain immediate access to the content.

6. Technical Support and Warranty

As a "Superhero" developer, I commit to:

  • Ensuring compatibility with the PrestaShop versions specified on the product page.

  • Providing technical support for any bugs related to the module's native code.

  • Exclusion: Support does not cover conflicts resulting from third-party modifications to the PrestaShop core or other incompatible modules.

7. Liability

The seller cannot be held liable for indirect damages (data loss, loss of revenue) resulting from the use or incorrect configuration of a module. It is the customer's responsibility to test the module in a staging environment (pre-production) before live deployment.
